Dye Sublimation

The colours are bright strong and vibrant – the quality is photographic. No other process produces such high-quality images. The whole process is different from conventional printing and gives an exceptionally bright and attractive finish unobtainable by any other means.

Design

As well as creating merchandise from artwork provided by our customers, here at Cup Winners we have a design suite and in-house design team, which could be a cost-effective consideration for your company. We have created artwork for many sporting and corporate clients and can work closely with brand guidelines and can match many Pantone colours (some Pantone colours cannot be recreated out of CMYK accurately).

Artwork requirements

If you provide the artwork you must supply one of the following a print-ready JPG, PSD, TIF or PDF using one of our templates. Templates will be supplied on request.

All files should be supplied as a 300dpi jpg, at 100% size.

If files are supplied in any other format than that mentioned above, a fee may be charged for the time taken to produce the correct type of file, however we will make you aware of this and get your approval before proceeding.

Merchandise

We can Inspire, Design, Manufacture and Supply all types of merchandise for your business. If you can think of it we can do it.
We have worked alongside many Bluechip companies supplying top quality merchandise on time and at cost.

Packaging & Delivery

Mugs can be bulk packed in cartons or can be supplied in a clear acetate box with the option of a printed insert card.

For orders under 100 units, there is a choice of either red or blue insert card.
Orders over 100 units the inserts can be printed to your chosen design or we can design and print one for you at our UK factory.
All our Acetate plastic is widely recyclable

Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made within 21 working days from approval of the artwork. Where orders need to be supplied within 7 days, a surcharge will apply.

Our deliveries are made either by pallet or by carton via courier, they are despatched as standard on a 24 hour service. Morning and Saturday deliveries can be arranged by us and are charged appropriately.
