The Dye Sublimation technique utilizes organic color dyes, which opens up a much wider color spectrum and produces a brilliant, glossy appearance. This method is also environmentally friendly as it avoids harmful substances like lead and cadmium. Unlike fired enamel colors, dye sublimation offers a more versatile range of colors.

The sublimation printing process involves using sublimation ink and specialized paper that react to heat and are suitable for items with polyester-coated surfaces. Once a transfer is printed on sublimation paper, it can be applied to the desired promotional item or garment using heat. When sublimation inks are heated to approximately 200ºC, they turn into a gaseous state, becoming more vibrant in color. These colors then penetrate the polymer content of the substrate, permanently dyeing the coated surface.

The surface of the substrate is smooth, and the transfer print is not felt, unlike screen printing. This process effectively integrates the print into the surface, resulting in a highly durable finish that does not fade or crack under normal use for an extended period.
